This year has brought some health challenges that have compelled me to make some changes in my life. One of which is the vast reduction of carbs. I try to eat less than 75 grams of carbs a day by focusing on proteins, fruits, and vegetables.
I drink plenty of water. Making sure I stay hydrated is a must so I always have a bottle of sparkling water beside me throughout the day.
And finally, I laugh every day. You might not think this is a healthy habit, but it’s been scientifically proven that laughter really can make you feel better. I know it does me!
