I often get asked what I like to do in my spare time or when I'm not writing, and one of those things is crafting. I paint clay pots and wooden signs. I put together jigsaw puzzles. (I even have one hanging in my dining room!) Recently, a friend and I decided to rent a space at a local antique store to begin selling our wares. Crafting is a lot of fun, but it's also a lot of work! Just like writing! We're looking to start an Etsy shop soon because we don't have enough to do! :-D
And here is the jigsaw puzzle. I paid $12.99 for the puzzle, but the framing costs 10x that! One of these days, I'm going to figure out how to build frames myself. Probably not. The lighting wasn't that good when I took this picture as my overhead light was glaring on it. My kitchen has 1950s decor so this fit right in!
The cover was just created for my newest novel, Connecting Strangers, and rather than do a cover reveal for it, I thought I'd have one of my readers put it together. The link is below. All you have to do is solve the puzzle and send me proof that you have the cover. You can send proof by either snapping a picture of my cover or taking a screen shot of the completed puzzle. The choice is yours. Just send the e-mail to me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The game starts now and will end when at least ten people have responded. Out of those ten people, I'll draw a name, and that person will win a gift card! Ready? Set? Go!
